Villagers walk 20 kms to charge mobile phones

While charging our mobile phones is the least of our concerns, there is a small village in India where people have to walk about 20 kilometers every single day just to charge their mobile phones. From my experience I saw same condition in Bangladesh specially after scdor cyclone while the country was in blackout it goes terrible situation.
